HisSmartHome Ltd will soon be transferring all active contracts and hosted services to NetConn Pro Ltd.

 

This change is part of a wider move to bring our networking and IT operations under one unified brand. Your current services, pricing, and terms will remain exactly the same - the only difference is that future invoices, technical support, and communications will come from NetConn.

 

You’ll still be dealing with the same great team that built and ran His Smart Home. Nothing about the people, quality, or care you’ve come to expect is changing - just the name above the door.

 

There’s nothing you need to do. The transition will take place automatically over the next few months, and we’ll make sure there’s no disruption to your service.
